Pakistani Students Community shows solidarity with the victims of Peshawar Attack

On 16th of December 2014, 7 terrorists entered an army-run school in Peshawar, Pakistan. They opened fire indiscriminately on innocent children, killing more than 132 children and 9 staff members of the school. The principal of the school was burn alive in front of the students.

Pakistani community condemned the act of violence and showed solidarity with the victims of this horrendous massacre.

The speaker Hassaan Asghar explained the incident to the audience and participants in a very bold and powerful speech. The flag of Pakistan was held by Mir Habibullah Baloch to show that no matter what happens, Pakistanis are still proud of their country and support the armed forces in the fight against terrorism. The president of the community Naveed Asghar and the vice president Nauman Ahmed were also present at the event.

The community thanked the Pakistani representatives of Near East University International Students Office, Mutahir Mirza and Muhammad Ali who helped the community in making the event successful.

The community also thanked the Pakistani students and students from other countries who participated and showed the support for Pakistan.
